Who I am

December 26, 2010. A shelter cot in Oak Park, a laptop, a bag. Two years later, the founding board of a Chicago nonprofit. Then a vocal credit on a Grammy-nominated album. Not a comeback. A mechanism.

What I do

There is a person in every room whose job is to make the room work. Not the one on the poster — the one who built the poster, booked the room it hangs in, and wrote the language that made the room want it. Forty years doing the job. One year naming it.

03

What we do

I don't run a team. I run a system I built myself — and it works at a scale no team I could hire would. 1,299 projects on one board. Research, drafting, tracking, pipeline: the system. The calls, the rooms, the judgment, the writing that has to carry my voice: me.

04

What we can do for you

The brand nobody can copy. Positioning where the differentiator is real and buried — I find the thing that's already true and make it the spine. The room, before you walk into it. Decks, one-sheets, the language that moves an ask from slide four to slide two. The operating layer underneath a decision you've already made. Fractional creative direction for founders and artists, held the way I hold it for a working Grammy nominee.
